What we accomplished
In Namibia, we focused on giving young players a safe and reliable place to play. We restored a worn and uneven field by clearing debris, leveling the ground, repairing the goals, and rebuilding the surface so it could support daily practices and matches. We also supplied nearby youth teams with essential gear including balls, cones, bibs, and full uniforms. This project strengthened local programs and made it possible for kids to step onto a pitch they could trust.
"We were just one of about 20 or 30 organizations who benefitted from the contents of the containers as well as from the visit of Kieran and his wife and friends who came to Namibia and did trainings, met with directors of organizations and even painted a kindergarten!"
